  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Water (as needed for kneading)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • Fresh lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Mint chutney (optional)
  • Tomato ketchup (optional)

Chicken Paratha Roll

1.     Prepare the Paratha Dough:

·         In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Mix well.

·         Gradually add water and knead the mixture to form a smooth and pliable dough.

·         Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

2.     Cook the Chicken Filling:
