  • 2 cups (0.47 l) of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 °F (218.33 °C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

  3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the bowl and mix until the dough comes together.

  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

  6. While the dough is rising, prepare the fajita toppings. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the sliced peppers and onions in olive oil until they are tender and lightly charred.
